Above and Beyond Car Buying Experience 2022

I shopped for a first car for my 18-year-old daughter for about 8 months before finding Lee Js. Despite being a long distance from me (Boston area), he had a great car for her. His integrity, honesty, and penchant for going the extra mile was bar none. Besides taking care of the registration and making the paperwork easier than any other car buying experience I've had, he also helped me brainstorm how to make the whole thing a birthday surprise for my daughter. Who can top that? No one! My daughter loves the car, and it's done very well for her. I can't recommend Lee highly enough.

An Excellent Car Buying Experience

An oasis in the world of used car dealerships. I recently had to buy a used car for an older family member. I visited many dealerships and battled both deceit (the true condition of the cars being sold) and greed (excessive profit taking). Thankfully, I came across Lee J's Auto Sales. The owner, Lee J, is honest, forthright and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He values integrity and stands by his word. He is personable, easy to talk to and will help you find the vehicle you are looking for within your price range. I highly recommend this business as a place to purchase a used car. David 8/2019

Great First Used Car Buying Experience

My son bought his first car from Lee J’s Auto Sales and we couldn’t be happier. Lee has a reputation for honesty, and integrity. Pricing on the car was fair, the buying process was easy and not having to haggle away unnecessary dealer and doc fees is a major plus. We noticed a couple minor issues after bringing the vehicle home and Lee didn’t hesitate to take a look and fix the issue. We paid for the part and he did not charge for labor. If we ever need another used vehicle we won’t hesitate to look here first because of the excellent customer service and reliable used vehicles. Lee really knows his cars well, you won't find a better used car dealer than Lee J’s.

Five Stars, of course!

I purchased my first car ever (a 2009 Honda Civic) in August 2018 from Lee J’s and, at the time I am writing this review, it has been over seven months since then. The car has no issues and has been running great. I am highly pleased by the dealership for several reasons including, but not limited to, affordable price, hassle-free paperwork, professional and the warm welcome, and patiently listening to and answering all my questions. As a first-time buyer, and given the associated fears, these reasons made my purchasing experience a breeze. Following my purchase, I have been to the dealership just once for an oil change and yet again I received the same friendly and welcoming treatment—what more could a customer ask for from a seller; I wonder. Overall, I think the following three C’s summarize Lee J’s dealership the best: (1) Care, (2) Convenience, and (3) Consistency. I will highly recommend Lee J’s.

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Matrix from Lee J's Auto Sales a few weeks ago. I actually called about a Chevy Blazer for my daughter, however Lee recommended the Toyota Matrix as he felt this would be a better fit for her, and this turned out to be exactly what she was looking for - it really is a perfect fit for her. I also am very satisfied with the service and the honesty of Lee J's. I feel he went above and beyond than what I have ever experienced at other car dealers in the past. The radiator was leaking after we brought the car home and he took the car back and he took care of it for me. I highly recommend Lee J's Auto Sales - you can't go wrong!

I bought a 2005 Toyota matrix from Lee for my daughter. We had been looking for a long time for a reasonably price reliable awd vehicle. I actually called about a chevy blazer, but Lee told me about the matrix and thought it might be better for her. This turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. She loves the car and I like the awd for the snow. Lee also replaced the radiator for us at no charge. Nice small dealer with a personal touch! Keep up the good work!

Thumbs Up for Lee J's Auto Sales!

Purchased a Toyota Sienna from Lee J's on 10/19/18 and am very pleased with it. The car is as advertised/described, and I was able to drive it off the lot with full registration the same day. I would recommend this smaller dealership if you need a car in a more affordable price range and you need to know the price upfront rather than having fee after fee tacked on as other places commonly do. I was allowed to bring my mechanic in to verify the car before purchasing, and that was important to me. I look forward to many years driving my sweet minivan, and will send my friends and family to Lee J's if they need a quality used car.
